The school district is committed to a continuous improvement process (Plan, Do, Check, Act). Each department in the district (after school programming, building and grounds, food service, nursing, technology, transportation) led by their supervisor, has developed and utilized project management strategies to identify efficiencies to better meet the needs of students, staff, families and community.
The following SMART Goals were developed to monitor the continuous improvement process. Each year department supervisors will recalibrate to address areas of identified need, by revisiting the department SMART Goal and establishing an annual progress-monitoring plan.
The following Annual Scorecard reflects our efforts to increase communication, build trust, and model transparency using metrics to guide a deeper understanding of the work within each department. Each fall, the school district will release a new scorecard, to reflect the metrics from the previous school year.
