Requirements:

Scholarships are awarded to high school seniors graduating in 2024 from either a public or private high school in Wisconsin who plan to enroll in a Wisconsin public or private college or university in 2024.  The winners are determined by independent judging of an essay contest.  The essay should address the topic: "What strategies can be implemented by town officials in collaboration with citizens to maintain civility in local government?"
